Chief Engineer An Zhongwen Delivered a Speech on “Current Status and Market Analysis of Friction Materials for Motorcycles” at the 5th Friction Material Technology and Quality Development Conference.

The 5th Friction Material Technology and Quality Development Conference and High-Level Forum, jointly organized by China National Inspection and Testing Holding Group Xianyang Co., Ltd., the National Non-metallic Mineral Products Quality Inspection and Testing Center, and the Industrial (Non-metallic Mineral Friction and Sealing Materials) Product Quality Control and Technology Evaluation Laboratory, was successfully held in Hangzhou from September 24th to 26th.

The conference, themed “Implementing Global Strategy and Leading Industrial Advancement,” invited domestic and international friction material experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs to share and exchange the latest research achievements in friction materials, and to deeply discuss the opportunities and challenges of collaborative development in the friction material industry chain, aiming to jointly lead the friction material industry to higher quality and a broader scope of development.

Nearly 400 representatives from friction material manufacturers, users, suppliers, and research institutions attended the conference.

Our company’s An Zhongwen (Chief Engineer of the R&D Center) was invited to give a presentation at the conference on “The Current Status and Market Analysis of Friction Materials for Motorcycles.”

At the same time, our company was awarded the “Outstanding Enterprise in Quality Management of Friction Material Production Equipment for 2024-2025”.

Core Working Principle of Brake Linings Outside Grinding Machine

Brake linings are machined with inner arc positioning, taking the inner circular arc of the brake linings as the positioning datum and the outer circular arc as the machining target. The inner arc of the brake linings is fully fitted onto the outer cylindrical surface of a special hub fixture and clamped securely.
