Brake Pad Production Line Solution:Processing Technology and Related Equipment for Surface Finishing of Brake Linings

The brake pad mixer is an advanced 3D mixer for brake pads independently developed by Baiyun Intelligent Equipment Branch. This high-efficiency three-dimensional mixer is specially designed for the development of aramid, carbon-ceramic and semi-metallic composite brake pad materials.

Based on chemical composition and functional attributes, raw materials for Baiyun brake pads fall into seven categories: semi-metallic friction materials, Baiyun NAO (Non-Asbestos Organic) friction materials, Baiyun powder metallurgy friction materials, Baiyun ceramic brake pads, Baiyun carbon fiber friction materials, Baiyun low-metallic brake pads and Baiyun organic brake pads.

On May 4, 2026, Algeria’s First Minister of Foreign Affairs, together with ambassadors from several other countries, paid an inspection and visit to the brake pad manufacturing plant whose full production line was designed and built by Baiyun Company in Algeria.
