It mainly consists of a mechanical part, a hydraulic system and an electric control system.
This press adopts a three-beam four-column structure with advanced technology. The base, sliding beam, upper beam and oil cylinder of the press are integrally cast. The main cylinder is a plunger oil cylinder with unidirectional pressing movement, and auxiliary oil cylinders on both sides of the upper beam enable rapid return movement. The pressure of the main oil cylinder is 315 tons.
All actions of the press are directly controlled via a human-machine interface touch screen, ensuring user-friendly operation.
