Product Features
This machine consists of a main frame, support frame, upper roller assembly, lower roller, motor reduction unit, feeding mechanism, discharging mechanism, and electrical control system. The brake shoe face plate is fed in via the feeding mechanism, passes through the upper and lower rollers, and exits through the discharging mechanism to be rolled into the required arc shape. The radius of the brake shoe is adjusted and controlled by the discharging mechanism.
