Baiyun Brake Pad Production Line Project Wins Official Praise in Algeria

The 28th International Friction & Sealing Materials Technology Exchange and Product Exhibition, together with the 40th Anniversary Industry Brand Showcase of the China Friction & Sealing Materials Association, successfully concluded on May 12 at the Fuzhou Strait International Conference & Exhibition Center

The China Friction and Sealing Materials Industry “Green • Digital & Intelligent • High-Quality Development” Conference, together with the 8th Session of the 5th Council and the Enlarged Meeting of the 8th Session of the 6th Standing Council of China Friction and Sealing Materials Association, was successfully held at the Yatai Conference Center Hotel in Changchun, Jilin Province. The conference invited Mr. Zhang Renyi, General Manager of Zhengzhou Baiyun Industrial Co., Ltd., to deliver a special report titled “Development and Application of Automatic Equipment for Motorcycle and Train Brake Pads.” In recent years, Baiyun Company has been committed to the innovative R&D of friction material production equipment. By fully leveraging its own advantages in friction material production, the company has expanded into the manufacturing of production equipment and has continuously achieved innovative breakthroughs. Mr. Zhang’s report introduced the company’s continuously developed production equipment, covering the entire range from batching, mixing, pressing, mold tooling, to post-processing. Baiyun can provide both individual machines and complete production lines, as well as turnkey project contracting including plant design planning, manufacturing of full automatic equipment, installation and commissioning, and technical training. The company’s equipment has been sold to more than 30 countries, serving over 800 customers worldwide. It holds 43 patents, including 2 invention patents and 41 utility model patents.

From September 15 to 18, 2024, Zhengzhou Baiyun Industrial Co., Ltd. (Baiyun Group) participated in the SAE Brake Colloquium, one of the most influential technical events in the global braking industry. At the exhibition, Baiyun highlighted its proprietary advanced automation equipment for friction material production and other core products.
