The main press body is made of high-quality ductile iron with precision machining, ensuring stability and reliability. Key hydraulic valves and seals are imported, with no leakage. The electrical system adopts touch screen + PLC control, allowing free parameter setting and easy operation.
Four-station press structure: each station operates independently with separate hydraulic and electrical control, no interference between stations.
Lower cylinder ejection structure for easy manual feeding, free of potential safety hazards.
Hydraulic system adopts fast idle stroke and slow pressurization, high efficiency and energy saving.
Each press is equipped with a 4-cavity one-step hot press mold, minimizing mold investment cost.
