This automatic hot press line implements 8 automated operations: automatic feeding, automatic weighing, automatic charging, automatic spreading, automatic pressing, automatic product unloading, automatic cleaning, and automatic mold release agent spraying, enabling unmanned automatic cyclic operation.
The unit consists of four presses, centralized hydraulic control station, weighing machines, tabletop robots, gantry frames, gantry robots, steel backing storage, unloading conveyor mechanism, and electrical control system.
Each hot press is equipped with a 4-cavity one-step hot press mold for large disc brake pads, achieving maximum production efficiency.
The tabletop robot on the steel backing storage realizes automatic feeding, automatic arrangement, and automatic positioning of four different steel backings.
The automatic weighing machine performs automatic feeding, automatic weighing, and automatic conveying of four different weights of formula materials (base material + friction material).
The base & facing material gantry manipulator carries out automatic material handling (base + facing) and automatic charging (base + facing).
The special spreading mechanism on the gantry spreading manipulator realizes automatic spreading of powder materials after being filled into the mold.
The cleaning & mold release agent spraying gantry manipulator provides automatic mold cleaning and automatic mold release agent spraying.
The loading & unloading gantry manipulators achieve automatic steel backing placement into the mold and automatic gripping & unloading of finished products.
