    Purpose

    Designed for grinding the outer arc of brake shoes and brake shoe assemblies of medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

    Product Features

    Controlled by a Guangzhou CNC dual-axis numerical control system for rough grinding, finish grinding and spindle machining. Rough grinding is performed by a horizontal grinding wheel, and finish grinding by a vertical grinding wheel. This ensures the machined surface is free of concave defects, with a circular runout ≤ 0.15 mm, and all feed movements are fully automated.

    For mass production of a single part type, it is recommended to configure diamond rollers of different heights. E.g., 220 mm brake pads with 240 mm rollers; 120 mm brake pads with 140 mm rollers.

    Mandrel Precision: Radial runout & perpendicularity ≤ 0.02 mm.
