Product Features
This automatic hot press line performs five automatic operations: automatic feeding, automatic weighing, automatic charging, automatic spreading, and automatic pressing. Steel backing loading, finished product retrieval, and mold release agent spraying are done manually, reducing labor intensity and improving the working environment.
Four-station press structure: each station operates independently with separate hydraulic and electrical control, with no mutual interference.
The weighing machine is installed in the center of the four presses, realizing automatic weighing and conveying of base material + facing material for two different product weights.
Each hot press is equipped with 8-12 cavity one-step hot press molds, maximizing production efficiency.
The gantry manipulator for base material and facing material carries out automatic material handling (base + facing) and automatic charging (base + facing).
The special spreading mechanism on the gantry spreading manipulator automatically levels powder materials after they are filled into the mold.
