Suitable for automatic pre-press forming production processes for various railway brake shoes.
Product Features
This automatic pre-pressing line performs six automated operations: automatic feeding, automatic weighing, automatic material charging, automatic robot loading of steel backing plates, automatic pressing, and automatic finished-product unloading, enabling unattended cyclic operation.
1. The automatic weighing mechanism realizes automatic weighing and automatic conveying of the product base material and facing material.
2. The proprietary pre-forming press, matched with the corresponding mold, realizes automatic pressing and automatic part ejection.
3. The articulated robot automatically picks and places steel backing plates into the mold, and automatically picks finished products for unloading.
4. One finished brake shoe can be pressed every 40 seconds, delivering high production efficiency.
5. The electrical control system enables automatic control of four units: the weighing machine, steel backing storage, press, and unloading station, with a one-key reset function.
Basic Parameters
Basic Conditions:
1. The pressing production line requires a 380 V, 50 Hz three-phase power supply. The incoming power cable shall meet the load requirement of 30 kW power.
2. The pressing production line requires a compressed-air input interface at 0.5 MPa, with an air flow of 50 L/min, to meet process requirements such as dust cleaning for the weighing machine and mold during pressing. The air interface diameter is 8 mm.
3. Each hydraulic press requires approximately 600 L of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
