Purpose
This machine is specially applied to brushing process of drum brake shoes for Fuhua 16-ton TA and TB linings of heavy-duty vehicles.
Processing Description
Brake shoes in the storage hopper are conveyed forward by a special chain. They pass through the rotating upper and lower special inner and outer arc steel wire wheels for ash removal in sequence. The double-sided brushing on the inner and outer arc surfaces of brake shoes can be completed in one pass, and then the workpieces are conveyed out of the brushing area by the chain.
