Performance Features
This automatic hot press production line integrates 8 automated functions: automatic feeding, automatic weighing, automatic charging, automatic spreading, automatic pressing, automatic product unloading, automatic cleaning, and automatic mold release agent spraying. It enables unmanned automatic cyclic operation.
The unit consists of four presses, a centralized hydraulic control station, weighing machines, gantry robots, articulated robots, steel backing storage, unloading conveyor mechanism, and electrical control system.
Each hot press is equipped with 4-8 cavity one-step equal pressure molds for large brake pads, ensuring stable product performance.
The steel backing feeding station features four-station automatic rotation, automatic feeding, and automatic positioning.
The articulated robot handles automatic feeding of four different steel backings and finished product unloading.
The weighing machine and gantry manipulator realize automatic feeding, weighing, and spreading of four different weights of base material + facing material.
The charging gantry manipulator performs automatic material handling (base + facing) and automatic charging (base + facing).
The cleaning & mold release agent spraying gantry manipulator provides automatic mold cleaning and automatic mold release agent spraying.
